Judgment is a blessing Ecclesiastes 12:13-14 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. 1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. 1 Peter 4:17-18 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Romans 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. Judgment, as given by God, is a blessing to us. Through His judgment, we know that God is a just and lawful God. He does not condemn people or save others on a whim. Instead, like a court, God makes judgments based on the evidence that He has. Considering that He is all-knowing and all-seeing, that's our entire life from beginning to end. More than that, God even knows the thoughts and intents of our hearts. With such a complete record of the life of each person, we can be confident that God's judgment is completely fair and just.
